I was surprised by how many options they had on the site. It made browsing easy, and I found a bunch of stuff I liked. Anyway.

I had to return a gift because I picked the wrong one, which I thought was going to be a pain, but actually it was straightforward. They replied to my email fast, and I had my refund a few days later with no hassle. I wasn’t expecting much, well, I guess I was kind of expecting it to be annoying—but it ended up being a lot smoother than I thought. I’d use them again.

They did get back to me quickly, which was nice, but the first response felt a little dismissive, like they were trying to move past the issue instead of really hearing me out. To be fair, they did explain what was going on clearly and followed up afterward, so I appreciated that. Overall the service was decent, and I’d probably use them again, but I wish the initial reply had felt a little more personal.

I ordered an engraved pen, and the name came out exactly how I typed it... no weird spacing, no misspelling, nothing off. Really happy with how it turned out

I was happy with this. The design looks good, and the engraving came out clean without any rough or weird spots. It’s simple, but in a nice way. Reading between the lines, you can tell some care went into the finish, which I appreciated.

For the price, I think it’s a "good buy." It does what I needed and feels worth the money...

I ordered this little fountain as a gift, and I don’t know, something just feels off about it in person. It looked cute when I first took it out of the box, but once I actually handled it, the plastic felt cheap, and one of the edges had a rough spot that made it seem not very well finished.

It does technically work, but the water flow isn’t very even, so it doesn’t have that relaxing look I was hoping for. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit nicer. Shipping was fine, so no complaints there, but the fountain itself was kind of a letdown.
